All Taurus / Bark&Zoom locations use the same registration application to get to know your pet family a little bit before you come in. From this application, you'll be able to schedule services with us, receive updates, and keep your records current.
We require Distemper, Parvo (commonly seen as DHLPP or DA2PP), Rabies, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza (both H3N2 & H3N8). You can e-mail, fax, attach the records to the application, or ask your vet to send them over to [email protected].
Once we receive your application, we will contact you to set up an Orientation Play Day for your dog. On this day, you'll drop your dog off at 8am so they can spend a fun day getting to know our team, the facility, and their new dog friends. We'll observe your pup and make notes to share with you about their day, doing everything we can to make sure they love it here. At the end of the Orientation Play Day, we meet with you for about 30 minutes, chat about your dog's day, and discuss your boarding, training, or Play Day needs.
